Starburst, Halos Glare with AMO AR40e

I am currently dealing with post cataract surgery (2.5 yrs ago) blues. Lost the vision in the right eye after retinal detachment (about midway thru the lawsuit on that one) but my left eye, although acuity is good, provides me with unbelievable starburst, halo and glare at night. I've had to curtail my night driving due to the danger. My question - is anybody else out there dealing with this terrible night vision problem with the AMO AR40e IOL or other monofocal ? I should have just left my cataracts - my vision was way better before surgery.

Yup, lots of folks. Use the search feature and archives to read about problems with multifocal IOLs and dysphotopsia.
