Strong UV Rays

Hi Sir,
This is Nipun Murarka here.3 days back i was driving my car and halted near a signal.Suddenly a big Suv with very strong lights(Xenon lights) flashed its headlights on me purposely during evening hours.the guy was coming from the wrong direction.i blanked out due to the powerful headlight and hit the divider.Since then am getting headaches and my eyes are not able to concentrate.I have heard from an xpert that the new  xenon headlights emit very strong uv rays like that of the sun and can severely damage the eyes.please through light as to what should i do.I am from India

sir,thanks for replying but my car is really old and windshield is damaged.
do let me know what should i do next?Is there anypossibility of damage and should i wait for natural healing?

I doubt you had any damage from the lights.  The windshield blocks some fo the UV and the cornea.  Most acute uv damage results in a keratitis (snow blindness).
