TOO MUCH BLINKING

Good day doctor,

I m 20 years old, young boy,athletic body. I m in merchant navy and i m suffering from a eyes problem that is too much blinking.I have a good eye sight but still many a times while talking,eating or sitting I blink my eyes a lot and sometimes I cannot even control it.
          Is this going to have any effect on my eyesight.Please tell me any solution to this problem.

See an ophthalmologist to look got possible causes such as dry eyes or keratitis.  You could have essential blepahospasm and sometimes botox or certain oral medications are used for these cases.  Try using preservative free artificial tears and possiby tinted glasses in the meantime.
