I have never heard of "lazy eye (itself not a medical diagnosis) convergence insufficiency migraine variant (maybe you meant to insert some commas in there) if you didn't that isn't a diagnosis.
Topamaxx can rarely cause acute angle closure glaucoma, in both eyes in eyes that are shaped normal (unlike the usual angle closure glaucoma which occurs in farsighted and/or Asian eyes). I have seen 3-4 cases in last 15 years. responds to medication and stopping topamax
