Vitreous Detachment at 32

How common is it for a 32 y/o female to have Vitreous Detachment?  I am healing from CSR and the recheck showed no leaks in the eye (which is good news) but the doctor said he see's vitreous detachment in my eye.  He said that is why I am seeing more floaters in my right eye.  Does this condition cause you to see purple in your vision? He said the right eye is detached and the left eye (the one with the CSR and purple spots I see) is beginning to detach.

Use an amlser gird to see if the spot is at or near the previous CSR site.

What else would cause this so that I can have the retina specialist check for it.  He said my eyes are 20/20 with my glasses.  Pressure is good.  He didn't mention seeing swelling just detachment of the vitreous.  What would cause the purple?  Maybe the CSR scar and the vitreous detachment combined?  what should I have him check for?

A PVD is an aging change and it is not common in a 32 yo unless you are very myopic.  I do not think it is related to the purple spots.
