Seeing the color yello and extra sensitive to light

I had my eyes dialated on march 31 and my vision has not been the same since. I went in with the complaint of distorted vision at all distances and a little blurred vision (especially up close for reading). I wastold in Feb 2011 there was swelling behind my eyes and that I needed to see a specialist but I didn't. I just went on march 31. Since I have left the docor all of my symptoms are the same but now I am seeing the color yellow a lot. If I am inside of a room and the light is on eveything appears yellowish to me.,,, when I drive at night and I see the headlights from other cars the lights are yellow to me and not white. I have to wear shades AT ALL TIMES even inside the house!! any light hurts my eyes..,I have to wear shades now to watch tv. I went back to the doctor and told her what was going on and she told me there is nothing she can do. She re-examined my eyes (did not let her dialte them again) and now she is telling me my macular is swollen. What could this be?? I need some help and suggestions..., thanks

This is unrelated to the dilation.  You need to see a retinal specialist.
