Black Floater?

Ok for about 2 weeks (Only in my left eye) I have been seeing this black dot when i try and look at it, it goes to the other side of me eye. I dont see it when im in the house but i see it when im on the computer or when im watching tv the worst is when im outside and its sunny out. It doesn't really effect me seeing its just really annoying because it is always there..
Could anyone tell me what it could be?

What else could be be besides a tear or detachment?

Floaters.   You need to see an EyeMD to make sure you do not have a retinal tear or detachment.
