1. What are cylinderical and sperical sights.
2.What is the importance of axis here. Is that ok if my spectacles axis is  deviated from 180(My prevoius spectacles are showing 165 and 175 dgree axis. )
3.Few precautions to reduce my eye sight if not possible not to agrevate it regarding food, lifestyle, correct use of spectacles etc.

It just means your cornea is slightly aspherical. That's not unusal and the amount is very small. You can use the search feature and archives and read about what the various parts of a glasses prescription mean.

To keep you eyes healthy don't smoke, exercise ideally about 20-30 minutes/day, don't get obese, eat a good diet, protect your eyes from bright sunlight with hate with bill and sunglasses.
