What Causes Delay for Good Vision after Cataract Surgery?

I had bilateral cataract surgery 3 and 4 weeks ago. The doctor gave me a card showing power of 22.0D in my left, but no power card for my right.  However, he gave me a card for the right showing a capsular tension ring was inserted. (I had RK in 1991.)  Anyway, my vision is not yet what it is supposed to be.  What causes the delay and how long will it be

Many causes from corneal changes (Takes longer for RK corneas to stablize), retinal edema or ERM, PC haze, etc.  Please discuss with your surgeon.
