Ghosting images and light sensitivity

18, male, having this vision issue for about 2 months.

Basically on some objects I will see a slightly vertical ghosted image. Not true double vision I don't think because its not a full double, just a part that is ghosted on top of the real object. Usually only on small objects with a tendency to be reflective so things like the top of a soda can, or white objects/text (like white subtitle text on a black background for example).

I also have light sensitivity (Car lights, lamps etc,). Now stuff like a car light is brighter than it should be normally, and often gives me a glare. During the day though lights are normalized basically. Or if I turn the ceiling light on in my room I won't have any problems inside.

I don't know if I can really get it checked out soonish because of my family's financial situation. I'd also like to say that I spend most of my free time, school day, and work on a PC staring at a screen. I also get much less sleep than the average person by far probably.

Besides a tumor which I can't check myself, I can't find any disease/condition that matches what I have. I've had perfect vision my entire life before this.

This condition is "ghosting" and not true double vision. It is extremely unlikely it is due to tumor.  It is a common complaint and there are numerous posts here with the same complaint. The most common cause is a "refractive error" myopia (nearsighted), hyperopia (farsighted and not common in young as cause) and astigmatism (most common cause).  If problematic often treated with glasses or contacts. In older people cataracts common causes, rarely in young disease of cornea or macula might cause.  When you can see an optometrist or ophthalmologist.  If you have brothers or sisters that wear glasses that puts you at higher risk also.
