is it possible to remove silicon oil from eye after 10 years

I had my operation of retinal detachment in 1999 by silicon oil technology by one of our doc suggested us not remove oil right now but i hd no vision tht time... its 2016 and is there any technology which can repair my retina... i hv zero vision by one eye and partial with orther one... i am so distrub by this any new technology to operate retina or intallation of smthing through which we can see

Only by examining your eye can a retina specialist determine if either of your eyes can be helped. I would suggest you find the most respected and renowned retina specialist you can easily visit repeatedly, perhaps at a medical school and go in for a new opinion about your eyes.
