astimatism and myopia

this is the result for my sons eye exam in paris: right eye -0,75 ( =1,25 at 70°)
                                                                      left eye -0,25 (=1,50 at 105°)

we are very sad and shock however having another professional opinion would be great.
my son is a premie twin altough i delivered him at full term (37 weeks); he loves to watch cartoon and i have never objected to that but i just dont know how he could have vision problems.
Could his eye sight get worst with age?

thk you

Thank you for your quick response.
My son is only four yrs old and no one in particular in our immediate family is myopia but his aunt is astigmate; she can't see at all without her glasses. (37 yrs old)
since my son is so young by wearing glasses will it correct itself or it just varies from person to person?
Also is there any particular food i should feed him maybe it'll help his eyes?
we just got the results yesterday and we havent gotten his glasses yet; he seems fine so i'm curious to know how often do you suggest he keep his glasses on?

thk you again

ps i might just think up more question to ask  again. we have a doc who doesnt explain anything so yes i have lots of question.

Even people with very poor vision may read or watch TV its often just difficult for them. You child has a small amount of myopia and small to medium astigmatism. There aren't diseases it just means the eye is out of focus. Over half the world's population wear glasses or should be wearing them.

Yes these often worsen with time as the eye grows, just like outgrowing shoes or clothes
