bloody eyes worry or not..?

I WOKE UP COUPLE DAYS IN A ROW WITH MIGRANE TYPE HEAD ACHES BUT THIS MORNING MY EYES ARE SENSITIVE TO LIGHT AN THEY HURT WHEN I LOOKED INTO MIRROR MY RIGHT EYES THE ENTIRE LEFT SIDE THE BLOOD VESSELS HAD BUSTED AN IT IS ALL BLOODY NOT A LITTLE A LOT AN BRIGHT RED .... I HAVE HAD SWELLING IN ARMS AN LEGS AN PAIN BUT THE HEAD ACHES COME IN MY SLEEP TAKE HALF THE DAY FOR THEM TO CALM DOWN BUT THEY DONT GO AWAY....SHOULD I WORRY OR NOT...?

there is pain ...and as i get older my vision is blurry an i cant see up close or far way  so there is problems with my vision at times

If vision is good and there is no pain it usally is a harmles broken external blood vessel (subconjunctival hemorrhage)
