cerebral pseudo eye tumor with pregnancy

I was diagnosed with cerebral pseudo eye tumors about 8 months ago. I am a 26yr old female. I was just wondering what are the effects of cerebral pseudo eye tumors with pregnancy? I was on diamox for two months after finding out I was pregnant I had stopped medication. I was about 3 months pregnant and found out I had a missed miscarriage. It has been about 4months since that all happened and my husband and I want to start trying again to get pregnant. I have not been taking any diamox since then and I was just wondering what are the effects of cerebral pseudo eye tumors with pregnancy?

I have never read about PTC being hereditary. I'm sure your Eye MDs could write your family case history up for a medical journal.

I was diagnosed w/ a pseudo cerebral tumor about 6 yrs ago, it caused me to blind in my left eye.  My youngest daughter was just diagnosed w/ one 12/30/08. She sent 18 days in the hosppital trying too save her sight without any luck.  They gave her a shunt and week later they did an optitic nerve decompression on both eyes.  Because pct came on so quickly w/ my daughter w/ total different symtons, I instisted that older 3 childer go have thier optitic nerves looked at.  My oldest son (24 yrs.) is fine, my oldest daughter (26 yrs.) was diagnosed this past Thursday, but there is?

This is the best reference I could find. It will get you started. You will need to do your own research on Diamox and pregnancy. I think it will say "avoid if possible"
