eye exercises & vision therapy

have you heard of eye exercises that will improve your vision?  I've seen ads for these exercises and don't know if they actually work or will they cause damages to the eyes.  Can you pls advise on this?  Also have you heard of vision therapy?  Is that an alternative to surgery in correcting double vision?

Works for some, check out yoga for your eyes.  The guy went from practically blind, to driving a car seeing.  I think it can work for some things, but not everything obviously.   These are simple eye movments, and i dont see how they can do any harm to your eyes.  Good diet and healthy lifestyle is probably your first key to healthy eyes.

Some exercises in Bate's method like eye palming,blinking,focusing more on distant objects  etc will be useful to all,as it helps to relax eyes which we fail to do most of the time.

I am going to try some Yoga eye exercises.  My son's girlfriend suggested it because it also calms you down so you will not be so stressed. Best of luck to you.  Double vision is not fun it is stressing.
