eye tumor

dear sir/madam,

from last one year i m facing eye probles,
first vision of right stats blurring, VF has dark spot but left eye is ok but my vision onright eye only 20 % and same probles starts in left eye eye specilist suspected MS/gloucoma
i was undergone thrice MRI,
1st MRI comments : findings are most likely optic neuritis and possibility of MS can not be ruled out, but findings are not suggestive of glioma,

2ND MRI comments:, findings are most like of glioma and in left optic nerve they are sugestive of optic neuritis but it shoul be solves out due to treatment given in last three months,

3rd MRI comments, it seems to like optic tumour, patient is too old for glioma so findings are most likely of neuroma,,


my question to you is,
what shoul i do??, my vision on negative track, and doctors are not confirm of my disease, so have read the comments of 3 MRIs they diffenent from Each other, and the also there is repetiion of " most likely" & " least likely",
doctors are unable to reach to my probles, my opthalmalogist says "naveed your symptoms/complaints are not matching with medical reports.
and he use word "interesting  case" for me.

please pleae please pleae suggest something
