what age does a persons eyes stop growing?

Depends... when u finish your puberty. If u have a very high myopia it could progress into your late 20's. But can also stops. I have very high pathological/degenerative myopia over -20D and my eye stopped growing when i was 15. So it depends...

Depends if you're talking about whether axial length is changing, radius of cornea increasing or whether the interior parts of the eye "grow" in a way that can affect vision. It's a simple question with a complex answer and I will leave it with no more comments.
