Dark shadow, quickly appearing and disappearing in vision

Hello, have a nice day,

recently  had a bad case of allergic rhinitis, my nose was bleeding fr a couple of days and it was very dry. I started taking loratadine with pseudoephedrine. I Also take Enalapril 5 mg.

During the last 4 week I started experiencing a case of very dry eyes and itching in left eye. And now everytime I notice a dark spot (like a shadow) that pops in the left corner of my eye very quickly and dissapears inmediately. I do have blurred vision when I close and open my eyes.

This spot or shadow I see is not a floater. It is exactly as the shadow you may get when you poke the eye over the eyelid. It's like a round shadow with a white halo (sometimes I see the shadow only).

I do not have any other symptoms like headache or anything. Just this annoying thing on the eye.

If any of yu knws what this is and what can I do to make this better I would appreciate it very very much.

No I can't tell you what it is better see an ophthalmologist or optometrist to check it out.
