macular hole, hemorrhage, blue flashing lights

I am having so many issues with my eyes after PRK, that I don't know if all these doctors are saying things until the statute of limitations are up or not.

Here is what I have:

1.) My left eye has a gray circle in the vision, which I am guessing is a macular hole, but I have seen a retinal doctor many times and he hasn't said anything about working on it.
2.) I also have blue circles/flashes of light when my right eye moves to the extreme left or right, again, the doctor says nothing about it. When I first saw him because of it he said it was the vitreous pulling, causing the blue flashes. Then it went away, and is now back.
3.) I get a flashing light near the center vision of my right eye, but my retinal specialist says it's due to a hemorrhage, and give it time. It has been 6 months now and it's still there.

I am out of health insurance now, so I can't afford to go see different opinions. Is the doctor right in ignoring all of those symptoms?

You need to get a second opinion.  The central gray spot could be other things besides a macular hole.
