pain in the eye after car accident

I had a car accident a few days ago. I didn't hit my head and feel fine however the evening of the accident my left eye was seeping water and red and I had a headache behind my eyes. Every day since it feels like there is a muscle strain in my eye every time I look far left, right, up or down.

The week leading up to the accident I had a headache for 3 days but I also had a cold so this could be sinus related. I have been to the optitians and been told that I have week muscles in my eyes. Not sure if this is realted. How do I get rid of this pain?

You should get an appt with your primary doctor and an opthmoligist. You should have some underlying damage that may not have been noticed by an optometrist. If you have any significant pain or vision change, I would consider this an emergency.
