problems for six years no diagnosis

i have been having problems with peripheral vison.. its kind of weird to explain.. i got this vision thing about six years ago... my peripheral vision got bad and everytime i had anxiety it would get worse.. it never really goes away.. and i also have headaches and pressure in my temple and the front of my head..  i also cant focus.. can anyone please help me . i have taken aspirin and i am being treated for hypothyroid if that makes a difference

Depends on your insurance plan. Some plans such as HMOs require that you get your primary care physician to authorize specialists referrals while other plans you can go directly to the specialist and just call and make an appointment.

Often the specialist office can check for you and see if you need a referral.

You should see a neuro-ophthalmologist and their skills are the best to track down the problem you are having. you can find one near you at www.aao.org
