problems of new eyeglasses for astigmatism

Last week, I bought eyeglasses first time in my life. My problem is when I wear my eyeglasses I see rectangle or square objects as trapezoid. When I look at my laptop screen, it looks like right part of the screen is shorter or narrower than the left part of the screen. This situation is same all rectangular objects. I always see right part of the objects narrower than the left part. By the way I see very clear, the only problem is objects are in different shapes. I went to the eye care center where I bought my eyeglasses, they said I should try to wear them as much as possible during at least one week in order to get used to it. However, yesterday my nose bled because of the glasses, I think. Now I am not wearing any more. Do you think my eyeglasses are too strong for me or it is normal just I need to get used to it.
my prescription is;
     sphere   cylinder    axis
OD -0.75    sph.
OS 0         -1.5          180
Thank you for your answers

1. Your glasses will not cause nosebleeds.
2. Yes the fact that your left eye has astigmatism and your right is myopic makes that a hard to get use to RX. I suggest you return to where you got your glasses. If you have had them a week and are not getting use to them they may need to cut back the prescription in the left eye. They need to check the glasses for manufactuering problems and also retest your glasses RX again (refraction).

In our office this is done without a charge (within the first 30 days) and if the glasses need changing we do it without charge (within 60 days). It would be customary for your "eye center" to do the same.  Ask them.
