cant find ans to this how long will it take for jelly to detatch and will floaters ever get any better had for 4 months now

stress can make everything worse, food won't affect it, everyone has a different timetable so no way anyone can tell you yours.

Use the search feature and read about drye yes it has names of recommended drops

Thank you for your reply my other eye flashing now been to eye hospital seems other peeling of to now ,retina ok at moment  , no one seems to know how long this will all go on  eyes feel awful with dry eye as well tried various things and nothing seems to help could stress make it worse any foods i should avoid for dry eye feels sore gritty rotton , which dry eye medicine would you surjest  as you will remember ive had laser in both eyes to relieve presure

The vitreous almost never completely detaches but remains attached along the anterior rim of the eye called the vitreous base. Floaters are variable but usually improve with time
