right eye blinking more than left eye
I dont know if this has anything to do with my symptoms, but my 6 year old son climbed into bed with me and proceeded to elbow me in the lip quite hard. The next day I had facial numbness from my lip up to my eye, and my right eye is blinking more than my left eye. In fact my left eye is not blinking completly and getting dry. I am having no pain except for the bruise on my lip from the hit. It has lasted about three days now..should i see a doctor for this or do you think it will clear up on its own. Thank you
Just got back from the Doctor..It is Bells Palsy. I am on prednisone and an antiviral medication fo rthe next ten days
I am seeing the doctor tomorrow. Do you think my symptoms could be caused by getting elbowed on the lip? The numbness seems to subside for a while when I take advil.
