right lower eyelid pain

I am a gurl , 21 yr old , I have sharp pain in the right lower eyelid , just in the corner and I got the pain mainly with the blinking , i have it from 2 days.
I got some redness in the sclera and conjuctiva before 1 month & i used " spersallerg" , but it didnt help , but the redness stop alone .
No any previouse operations or anything and I am using lenses but only few hourse a day and not every day & am using glasses for near visin too.

I went to the dr. and she said its a Chalazion

she gave me Dexamethasone (eye drops / 5 times a day )+ Gentamicin ( eye ointment / once before sleep)

But i think Dexamethasone for 5 times a day is alot

I just notice now there's so small swelling in the right lower eyelid , and btw , there's no redness .
