red eyes (brown tint)

hi. i have started working at a Direct Reduction Iron steel plant. in a third world country there are alot lot of dust all over red and brown dust. even though i wear safety glasses. since i been working there in 2 months my eyes are red and brown and dont look appealing at all. it dosent burn.is the dust causing this discoloration of my eyes. and how can i get rid of this discoloration . please help. i want my eyes back to its white so i could look like myself again

Two suggestions:
1. Look for a new career
2. Look for an ophthalmologist to see if the dust is being incorporated into the outer layers of the eye.
