sore eyelids with lumps

I had a stye a few weeks ago but this morning woke with sore eyelids, a similar feeling to the one i had shortly before my stye appeared last time, but pulling down my eyelid i can see small lumps in the inner corners of my eyes near the tear ducts, on both eyes and on both upper and lower lids, but only on the inner sides, they look different to when i had a stye and are not on the hair follicle but look to have a small black dot in the centre of them

looking online i think that it could possibly be clogged/infected tear ducts in both eyes

my eyes arent dry at all though, and my actual eyes arent red or sore, just the lids, and there is no problem with the actual eyelashes
