An aspheric acrylic IOL (example Tecnis or Alcon aspheric) will give you the best color and least dysphotopsia.

The Tecnis comes in a silicone version, and this might be your best choice. The newer Alcon IOLs have a blue-light filtration feature, which make their lenses bright yellow. (This feature allegedly helps to prevent macular degeneration.) There was past controversy as to whether having a yellow IOL affected color perception. Alcon claimed it did not, yet their ReStor IOL is available in both a yellow and a clear version (recommended for people who need exceptional color discrimination ability.)
