Can I resume yoga after vitrectomy/scleral buckle for a detached retina?
LOFR
I have read posts that say not to do yoga movements like head stands, but what about Vinyasa (flow) yoga without head stands but with other movements such as Downward Dog that are inversions?
Can anyone shed light on this? Thanks!
