Photopsia

3 days ago while playing raquet ball a ball hit me in the eye. The following day I had my eye attended too and was given drops and was told there is bleeding and a clot and must go back in afew days for a check up. I was wearing a patch on my eye and now I notice a flashing light which I think could be Photopsia - is this generally short lived or do u think it could be permanent or is there treatment available? I am a little freaked out.

Its actually hard for me to describe it sort of like a flashing or even a shadowy effect. Im really concerned I will see my dr in 48hrs. From the little information I gave you do u think this could be short lived also I do have keracotonus in that eye ?
