After a embryo tranfer

Question

How long do you cramp after a embryo transfer? I had my transfer on 03/24/11 and im still cramping as if my period is gonna come. Could i still be pregnant?

I had my transfer on 3/26 and did not start cramping till yesterday, 7dpt. Today I am still cramping. It does feel like period pain sometimes although not as bad as my period cramps usually are and no bleeding as of yet. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping it is good since I have read a lot of women have cramped after their transfer and gotten BFPs! Best of luck to you!

Tomorrow I go to the doctor to take my first pregnancy test, im so scared because im still cramping, but im not cramping all day, its little here and there.

I've had period-type cramping every time I've gotten a BFP (three times), including after my IVF. As a matter of fact, I actually saw it as a good sign that the IVF had worked, since I remembered the feeling from my previous BFPs (which unfortunately ended in miscarriages). I now have a beautiful one-year old baby girl! Best of luck to both of you!

It feels the same.  I have my fingers crossed.  Can't wait til' you post tomorrow.  The stress and aggravation on the 2ww is the worse part of it all.  Hang in there!

Im sorry to say, it was a negative result and they want me to come back on Wednesday, but i dont know if i wanna go an get tested again to hear the same results. At this time im not sure should i try again, what you think? I had two IUI and one IVF and they all did not work, i guess im just so disappointed.

sorry to hear that! im in the same boat this is my second IVF waiting forfriday for pregnancy test. im thinkin negative already i dont know why. i got so dissapointed in the first one. and now reading that u experienced same cramping here and there. its like im ready to accept another negative. omg i worried, scared, anxious, i dont know what to do next.. so i can totally undertsnad where u at, so friday septemeber 23, what will it be?
