You should be taking injectable progesterone to keep the pregnancies sweetie! at least. You are 39, maybe those eggs are not as good anymore. I'm 41 and mine are clearly not good anymore. I had a miscarriage last summer.

Have you thought of egg donor? That may be a good option. Hard to take that decision but a good option if you want a healthy baby. Just throwing it out there!

GOOD LUCK!!!!

Have you had eary miscarriages most of the time, before 6 weeks, if so there is a high chance they happened because of chromosomal problems.

Baby aspirin is just a low-dose aspirin (81 mg), and it's often used as a precaution after having suffered a miscarriage. I took it both before and while I was pregnant (recommended by my RE, or fertility specialist). But like tcr21 said, with 5 miscarriages, it's important to see a specialist...if you haven't already...to try and find out why this keeps happening. Best of luck with everything!

Have you seen a doctor to get tests to determine the cause of your miscarriages?  After 5 it's really important to get medical help and some blood tests to rule out certain conditions that could be causing your miscarriages - You should take advice on asprin from a medical professional.   Sorry you have been through so much - good luck to you.
