1st Beta levels 79

Hi all, my first Beta level are in but I feel they are low, 79...??!! I am on my 12 day post ET. Can anyone tell me if it's ok? my doctor told me to repeat the test tomorrow? I thought it's a bit too soon, would they increase the next day? Please someone reply as I have no feelings whether I should celebrate or wait more, I don't feel like I am pregnant after reading others Beta 380 and so on from the 1st time?

For me, since this was my third IVF, all of our friends and family were well aware of when our procedure was and when our blood test was. So the day of our beta, the phone calls started coming and we had to tell everyone right away. I did do an HPT the morning before my beta and it was positive, so dh and I  had one day to have the news all to ourselves, but that's it.

Thanks to all of who have replied back to me, your words have really re-assured me. I can at least start feeling pregnant! Just out of curiosity, when do you start telling family and friends you are pregnant? Good Luck to all of you!

Not low.  My first beta was 83 (only 4 points higher than you) and I had a healthy baby boy 4 months ago via IUI.  Congratulations!!

No! 79 is a GREAT number! Not low at all. 50 is high! Yours is past that!!!! YIPEE!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!!!! You're having at least one baby!!!! Don't be bothered by the numbers that are in the hundreds. 79 is still above average.
