We just began our third IVF cycle and will be doing a frozen transfer this time. I've found that for this particular cycle, I have a 'whatever' attitude because I feel as though I did all that I could 'right' the last cycle, and it didn't work. Last cycle, I did acupuncture, I didn't eat out (I have celiac disease and therefore follow a gluten free diet), did the injections religiously according to time, really took care of myself. But then, on the day of the egg retrieval, I had to put my dog to sleep and then cried for days. This cycle, I'm not doing acupuncture, not following as strict a diet (I'm still following gluten free, however) and I've got the attitude of it doesn't matter what I do-has anyone else been through something like this before, and been successful?
