$500 off coupon on FertilityLifelines for Gonal-f

Hi Ladies,
Im just finishing up doing all my research for my next RE appt. in the morning and I came across a coupon for cash paying customers (me) for Gonal-f. It's on the FertilityLifeLines website.  Its is called the Fetility Assist Program 2 and  it says you can save up to $500 from Freedom Pharmacy for this drug.  I have not used the coup., so I don't know all the details, but it's worth looking into.
I have to pay out of pocket for everything except the initial consultation, so saving any amount is helpful to me.. thought is might be helpful to others.

I posted this info before but here's the summary of my research.   I called five pharmacies and got the following info for 3 typical meds:

I. Follistim 300
Schraft: $239
ivpcare: 234.64
ivfmeds: 187
mdrx: 236.90
freedom pharmacy: 341.25

II. Follistim 600
Schraft: $478
ivpcare: 469.29
ivfmeds: 375
mdrx: 469.87
freedom pharmacy: 682.50

III. Gonal F 900
Schraft: 1047
ivpcare: 1061.81
ivfmeds: 635
mdrx: 1126.97
freedom pharmacy: 657

All of the prices above include the discount for those paying completely out of pocket.  I still hope you don't need ivf but in case you start comparison shopping I hope the info is helpful.

When I was looking for a place to buy meds I discovered that most places give discounts if you pay out of pocket but different places discount different meds.  Some give you a break on Follistim and some on Gonal-F.  Schraft pharmacy gave me a discount on Gonal-F.  However, if your doc prescribes Follistim take it and run since it's sooo much cheaper even without a discount.  We are paying out of pocket as well so if you have any questions about prices and pharmacies, you know where to find me.
