ANYONE KNOW ABOUT GIFT

WHAT I AM WONDERING IS I HAVE READ THAT IF YOUR TUBES ARE BLOCKED YOU CANNOT USE GIFT BUT WOULD IF THEY ARE NOT BLOCKED BUT DID HAVE ADHESIONS ON OUTSIDE OF TUBE. COULD YOU GO THROUGH GIFT ? I KNOW ITS A KINDA DUMB QUESTION BUT I WAS JUST WANTING TO KNOW KINDA STRESSED IM IN THE 2 WEEK PERIOD OF WAITING AND I AM LOOKING FOR ALTERNATIVES. IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYTHING ITS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.INFERTILITY IS A HARD THING TO GO THROUGH AND MOST PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND UNLESS THEY EVER WENT THROUGH IT.

I thought I'd heard of every procedure when it comes to infertility, but I can't say that I know what "Gift" is.

Gamete Intra-fallopian Transfer!! Sorry, but I know nothing about it. Seems like IVF would be a better choice if you're concerned about adhesions or any kind of tubal damage.
