Any advice for me????

I was on Clomid for 3 months, then took a 6 month break.  This month was my first month back on 100mgs.  It is now day 27 with no O (I temp every morning).  I go see my RE tomorrow.  What questions should I ask, besides asking for a higher dose of Clomid.  Are there any other drugs to take alongside Clomid that will help bring on an earlier O.  My usual O without drugs is between day 21 to day 29 or so.

My husband are going through our first cycle of Femara and we had more follicles then we have ever had even with injections which  I thought wow. I am in my 2ww now. So I am excited to see how it works I am hoping for BFP come Friday the 22nd when I have my HCG checked. I think femara is a good thing so far. I wish you lots of luck to everyone here.

My husband and I were on Clomid and Ovidrel for the past 4 months with no luck.  I recently went in for a diagnostic test to see if my tubes are blocked.  Everything looks great so I am relieved...sort of.  I feel like if I had a reason why I am not getting pregnant, this would be easier.    My husband and I had 2 miscarriages in the last 2 years so we are worried that when it does happen again, we will find ourselves in teh same situation.  We just found out that his insurance covers fertility treatments at 100%.  Unfortunately, we can't switch insurances until July.  Our doctor wants us to move on to IVF.  Since we can't until July, he has recommended we try Femara (2.5mg 2x/day).  After researching online, Femara is typically used to treat breast cancer.  However, research has suggested there is a higher success rate with Femara vs. Clomid.  Along with Femara, we are going to continue the Ovidrel shot.  

Ask you doctor about this.  Maybe this could be an option for you and your husband.  Good luck!!
