Any advice on hcg levels after ivf

I had a 5 day transfer on the 18th of may. I went back for beta hcg testing on friday. ( day 12 post transfer) My hcg was 224 and my progesterone was really high. I went back today day 15 and my number was 853. I go back on thursday for another beta. Can I get excited yet? Are these good numbers? Any advice or personal experience would be very much appreciated.

Those are great numbers!! I had my 5 day transfer on May  18th as well! My first hcg was 8 days post transfer at 72, then yesterday at 14 days post transfer was 752. . . .So if you calculate for the difference in days our numbers are very close!!! Yay and congrats on the pregnancy.

Your numbers are great - they more than doubled like they should have - I think it's time for you to get excited!

My number at 10dp5t was 199, then three days later it was 753, and then a week later over 3,000.  It was a wonderful pregnancy and i delivered a healthy baby boy in April '08 - it seems like yesterday - sigh....anyway, I hope you have a great pregnancy and congratulations! - jen
