I would stay in bed and take it easy.  I think it will help you get preggo.  I didn't rest enough after embryo transfer and now I'm not pregnant.  It wouldn't hurt to relax for a week.  Think of it as a mini vacation!

depends on how serious... in your case.. just take it easy.... don't overdo yourself with house work, don't lift anything heavy...

In my case.. I was bleeding at week 9 of my pregnancy due to my cervix wasn't closed. .. doctor ordered me bed rest for 3 weeks... restricted bed rest.. I only able to stand up go to bathroom to pee, shower, or brush my teeth... other than that.. i have to be in bed.... can't cook food, can't do house works, can't drive, I can sit up little bit but mostly I lay down....
