Can we conceive a baby by stimulating penis by hand and inserting into vagina right before ejaculation?
I have a quick question for you. We are planning to have a kid now. I am having some problems in ejaculating (we think it is because of anxiety). Its kind of delayed ejaculation. We keep trying but it does not ejaculate for a long time and after some time, my penis becomes soft. Then we wait and then try again. Is it OK if I stimulate my penis for sometime and when its time of ejaculation, insert my penis into my wife vagina (before semen comes out). Will the sperms be still alive and fertile?
