Ok I posted the other day saying that i thought maybe i had a faint positive.  I was going to wait a few days taking the advice of some people on here, but I couldn't wait...I tested this afternoon when I got home.  The line was even better but it didn't come up immediately.  It still wasn't as dark as the control line.  My question is should I take another in the morning?  Should I buy a name brand instead of the Dollar store ones?  If so, what is the best brand to get.  I so desperately want this to be positive because we have been TTC for over a year now and I was suppose to start taking clomid on my next cycle.  How great would it be not to have take anything!  My concern though is how accurate are the cheap tests?  And my doctor was concerned a few months ago with my progesterone level being so low.  Is there anything that can be done to help that so hopefully if I am pregnant there are no complications or miscarriages??  Need major advice!  Please someone help me.

my friend had the same problem with faint lines. She tested twice and then went and bought a digital test and it was darker and baby on the way.  Sounds good for you

just check with twoweekwait.com and check under examples of positives POAS....you can then choose what brand you tested to see what other people's positives looked like...that is what I used...
Oh, and make sure you use FMU and try again tomorrow AM....
I know, people told me to wait to test but I started 11 DPO / 9DPT (IVF cycle) and it was a very faint +, then I tested the next day and it was a light +, and this AM I tested again, and the + was darker.....  I just can't stop testing!!!  I think I need to be detained away from all HPT!!!! haha!!!!  good luck and keep us posted!!!

I'd normally say test tomorrow with another test. however... if there are concerns of low progesterone.... could you get into the doc tomorrow to test? so then if it is positive they can check progeserone levels (the sooner caught low the better)

I took First Response and the Equate +/- tests when I thought I was pg. I held my urine for six hours and drank no water until after I tested. I got a positive on both. Don't expect it to show up immediately since your hcg levels are still show low since you just conceived. Try to wait until Thursday morning to test again, but it definitely sounds like BFP to me! Once you get your next BFP, you will want to go to your dr to verify. Best wishes to you!!!

Hi!! I got the Early Response test and the line wasnt as dark as the control line and it was a BFP! Dr confirmed that day. I am now 7 weeks.
