Does anyone have bad side effects from Endometrin

Hello Ladies,

I had my first IVF, and my egg retrieval was on the March 4th.

I was told that i need to take Endometrin 3 times a day.

I have been having bad back pain, does anyone have anything similar to that?

Please help me, my nurse told me that i should have one.

Thanks ladies.

I didn't take endometrin with my IVF cycle, but did prior to it.  I liked it so much better than the other progesterone inserts, but cannot remember having back pain...  Good luck to you and best wishes for a positive beta!!!  Take care :)

I did IVF in dec 09, & was on endometrin 3x per day as well, & mine caused back pain, too. It gets better though. You can take Tylenol to help, even though it may not give that much relief.

Sticky baby dust to both of you! :)

Thank you for your note.

My bet is on the 17th. I dont know, its like my bbs tingle, feel bloated, but lower back gives me the worse pain.

I use to take progesterone, but since i did IVF they told me that i have to take the other one 3 times a day:(

In ever did have back pain.  Are you on progesterone also? I wowuld think that is what is causing your cramping.  Keep in mind your uterine lining is stretching so maybe you just are leaning a different way to cause the cramps.

What day is your Beta? Best Wishes to you!!
