Ectopic pregnancy

Hi everybody! I just found out about this site and I feel like I am not so alone! This year in February I had an C section because my baby was on my right tube outside the uterus . I want to know if anybody had such a pregnancy before and if they could have anymore children after this! Now I only have my right tube and both ovaries and doctor said I can have more babies. I would like to know if somebody had such an experience and could conceive after. It was my first baby I am 27 and I want to get pregnant again !

Well I pray better luck for you.  I had an ectopic pregnancy and my tube ruptured.  I only have one tube.  This happened when I was 26.  I am now 36 and never got pregnant.  I had my one tube checked to make sure it wasn't blocked and it wasn't.  I really want to have kids but I have settled to know I will never.  I deal with this by myself on a daily basis.  No one knows how bad I hurt not even my husband.  Again it is my prayer you get pregnant(healthy)

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
I am sorry to know about your condition. What was the cause of your ectopic? If it was some pelvic infection like Chlamydia, testing and antibiotic treatment for this might be helpful to reduce the risk of a future ectopic. You should wait for at least two normal cycles or three months before trying to conceive again. This allows your body to recover from treatment and to prepare for next pregnancy. You can get pregnant and conceive normally with only one tube intact. It all depends on your age, general condition and the health of your tubes. Visit a gynecologist for more queries and assistance. I hope it helps.
Take care and regards!
