Exactly what is the lifespan of Sperm?

My DH is a long haul truck driver- i was expected O on Oct. 16- ... My DH left town Late on 10-14.... would have his sperm lived long enough to fertilize ????

This link should help. In ideal conditions, sperm can live up to seven days. Two to three is more likely, but more is possible.

Sperm lives for about 72 hours and possibly longer around ovulation time.  I hope this helps....

when did you BD??? If you did on the 14th then you should be good...POSSIBLY even the 13th!
