Fish Oil, read on ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not a question but more of something to help inform us ladies....  Ive recently had my 2nd MC and I just couldnt believe that its happened again...

I wanted to get my body properly prepared this time and a nurse told me to have a look at Marilyn Glenvilles site, lots of info but the thing I wanted to tell you all is that if you research the benefits of fish oil DHA etc you will see that all the info tells you the same thing,  IT CAN HELP WITH MISCARRIAGE and not only that its fantastic for a range of ailments!!

Im currently taking my vitamins and of course the fish oil, I'll give anything a go!!  You can get it in any health shop etc!!

Its gave me a little hope and I just wanted to share it with you all!! :-) Research it and have a look!!

i just went to an acupuncturist for fertility and she recommended fish oil - in particular cod liver oil. She said it is good for producing healthy follicles as well. I just added that to the other vitamins i'm taking. crossing my fingers!

This is what I found the other day:

Precautions:

Fish oil capsules contain both DHA and EPA. Supplements containing EPA may not be recommended for infants or small children because they upset the balance between DHA and EPA during early development. Pregnant women should talk to their doctor before taking fish oil supplements.

Fish oil capsules may cause minor side effects, such as loose stools, abdominal discomfort, and belching. In addition, they may prolong bleeding time slightly. If you take blood-thinning medication, (Like baby aspirin)  talk to your doctor before taking fish oil.

In few words: Buy DHA by itself :) just to be safe
