Found my TTC Friends #4

hey ladies!!! so I changed our name a little bit.  before we were looking but I think we have a rather good bunch and we need not look any further.  As always though we welcome anyone who joins.

So I got a phone call from my doctor's office and all the results have come in I just have to wait until tomorrow since my doctor is out.  It kills me that another doctor just can't read the results and have a nurse call me. But then again sometimes the nurse says the wrong thing or messes something up and won't know how to answer some of your questions.  So with that said as soon as they call me, besides calling my mother who keeps bugging me, you ladies will be the next to know.  Kind of funny how we find out we are preggo or any other info and tell each other before DH who is the one that is half of the process.  Have a good day ladies.

ziggy-I had an HSG done where they check to see if your tubes are open by shooting a dye through your uterus.  I think if the dye goes to your abdominal cavity then they aren't blocked but if you see know fluid then one or both may be blocked.  However, they say there may be different reasons for it being blocked such as if you spasm during the procedure which would block it but otherwise before that they may already be open.

toris- I'm so excited for you to get your results.

I forgot to check the old post - Has anyone heard from ltyln?  Is there any new news I missed.  Ziggy - I'm glad your numbers are high and exciting.  How is everybody else doing.  Ashleigh - You are so right! Time is flying.

While I'm off to meet DH for a late lunch.  I'm so excited, I was  just checking out how much it would cost to buy a fertility monitor online and then this kind soul "twinkster" put a post up for a lady to receive a free one.  I emailed her and she's sending me it in the mail.  I can't wait. I hope it can help and my hearts of hearts, I hope it proves I've been charting wrong and there is no problem with my cycle. So this is my shout out and official thank you to "twinkster".  In a few weeks, I'm going to be posting all my questions about how to use the darned thing!

Ashleigh- I know the time is going really fast, to think this sat. I will be 7 weeks already!!! Crazy!!!!!  I cant wait for the rest of the bunch to get BFP's.....this has def. been the luckiest one of these groups I have ever seen on these boards, so I bet those BFP's are coming!!!

itlyn- im glad you feel a little better, and that you got to see something on your ultrasound.  I had some brown spotting it lasted at least 2 weeks, but all seems ok for me now.  Just relax and rest until you hear from your Dr!!!!

Thanks ladies for everything!

I didn't hear the heartbeat : (
I asked her about it and she said we usually hear it around 6weeks
and i told her I'm almost 7weeks.
But sometimes people are father behind from when they had there last period or father alone but I don't know!

BUT I'm HAPPY I got to see something today!

I am happy for you to itlyn!

Yeah Ziggy... My doctor wont send me for an ultrasound until I am around 20 weeks. But she has a "baby viewer" in her office that she uses at every appointment so I can see my little bundle of joy. I hope I get to see a heartbeat when I go on Feb. 12. I can't wait!

Hello girls. Wow post #4...were moving right along aren't we?

Itlyn- the couldn't get a heartbeat off my u/s the normal way so they had to do vaginal. Did they do a vaginal u/s on you? That will prob be the only way they could get one soo early.

Chicky- I still don't know how far along I am. I find out at my next doc appt on wed when the doc looks at the u/s pics and can tell me. The tech said she couldn't.

Well girls I'm going to lay down now. Have a great night.

I am glad that there is a new post!!! YAY!! I can't believe how time is flying too.....My OPK wasn't a smiley today, but I didn't figure it would be. Last month on clomid I O around day 16 so....it should be around the same this month. I am just getting so dang on excited...lol!  I have a monitor too, but sometimes it gives me false "peaks" even when I wasn't on clomid, so I think the smiley's should be better. The ones with the lines I am always debating whether they look the same....so this way should be better :)

I really hope this is it...I need some advice? My Dr. tells me to BD every other day, around O time. But once I get a smiley should we BD like rabbits??? LOL that sounded funny...

Well good Luck Girls! I hope the rest of us get our BFP's and the preggers you girls are in my thoughts and prayers everyday....

Wannabeamommy- do you know what your babies heartrate was?

I just got home from work (so late - I need to pass out!) and I've been reading all your posts.  Please excuse me if I forget anyone, I'm exhausted.

ltyn - I'm so sorry!  Why does your Dr. think this? Did he give you a reason?  What's going on to make him think that?  Is he positive?  How does he know for sure?  I just can't believe him!  Dr.'s are so weird!  When I had my m/s the Dr. insisted I wasn't having one b/c I was only spotting.  So I'm in disbelief. I refuse to agree with your Dr.  I'm hoping for you that you will hear better news tomorrow.

toris- please share the results tomorrow when you get them - I can almost hear the drumroll!

ashort - feeling exhausted is a good sign. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed for you.  I have no signs. My bb's kill which is a sure fire sign that Af is on her nasty way.

ad_06 - I can't wait to start using a monitor.  They seem much more reliable and way more exciting. I mean, who doesn't want to see a smiley face when you're approaching 'O'?

apes - welcome!  we need more ttc'ers!

ziggy - thanks for the words about the monitor. i'm excited to have one. i've never tried one before and i really hope it will make a difference!

lamb, wannabe - all you other lovely mom-to-be's, how are you all doing, you're all like my best friend - asking questions about us ttc'ers but not telling us any info about you guys!  i hope you are all feeling well and experiencing great things!

well they did an ultrasound and just saw a sac nothing else.
I wanted this so bad me and my fiance are crushed.
I want to wait it out this weekend and not rush into having a d & c.
I hope they aren't right either, and they took more blood and said my hormone levels are going up like they should. and I'm not even bleeding that bad or anything. It just kinda stops and comes back. so i'm still taking my hormone pills & prenatal vitamins.
