HCG levels. what are considered too low?

I had my 6 day transfer 10 days ago and my HCG level came back at 5.5 today. I did have pregnyl (HCG) shots as late as last week so this is probably what is showing up. I am still hoping that it could double. Has anyone heard of this happening after getting such a low number?

thanks guys but my FS said he is confident it is the pregnyl shots showing up and giving me a positive so not even doing another test. Just waiting for AF to show.

I got at 3 and was told neg but it was really +. i was not onivf cycle. I did not carry that baby to term but i did make it 3 months until my water broke. It is possible!!! i say until u are told other wise think I am pregnant!!!!
