Has anyone achived pregnancy with a 2 day trasfer 2 cell embryo?

I am in my 4dpt. This wait, is a killer. I am fairly young and I thought nothing could go wrong with IVF everything should be PERFECT. Turns out on my FET day the doctor informs me that my single embryo is growing slow and it will lower my chances of getting pregnant because they are expecting a 4 cell by day 2. There is a BUT  he thinks that there is a better chance of the embryo growing once its in the uterus. Since the test tubes is only trying to mimic the uterus, placing it where it belongs may be a better option. He later tells me that there is a 90% chance that it will become a 4 cell by that night. So who knows, its not like we can take it out to take a look at it's growth. This is a Natural Cycle IVF so there is no medication. The doctor has only prescribe me to use progesterone ( Vaginal) that should help the embryo transfer. Has anyone become pregnant with similar situations like mine? I would just like to know what are the chances for me. Thank you. I appreciate any of you who will answer my question.

I have just got my period after waiting and hoping on my embryo to stick (so to speak). So disappointed today. Was natural without drugs etc. was so glad to get egg out (timing critical) and glad to have it fertilize (another miracle) but sadly it didn't stick. Only God knows if it should have been more than 2 cells before being put in the uterus. That part for me was the worse bit. Felt undignified. Anyway need to pray for $ and guts to go again. I am determined to find God in Ivf. If it was not for science (3 x Caesarians) I would be dead having other babies naturally (before getting tubes clamped) so I believe that God works through man. I am still keen to go natural ivf as it helps me trust God more for "who" is born. Sounds crazy but yes regret came after 2 years having tubes Clamped. That's what I get playing god ! Anyway hope now it will all work out for His glory and not just in my imagination. Feels like clasping at straws but my spirit senses He knows  more than I do. I choose to trust Him despite what I see and feel. I still believe in miracles. I choose faith over confusion fear and reasoning.

MrsCuz, I went for Natural be cause I was afraid of OHSS. That stuff sounds so scary! I hope everything turns out good for you! I will keep you in my prays. Hopefully both of us will have a BFP.  I will try to relax in some way or another.

Hi huni, i had ICSI. I have endo and my hubby has poor motility so they told us ICSI was the only thing would work. I overstimulated, they collected 28 eggs and all 17 of my embies were frozen cos i developed ohss and was quite ill. Both of my transfers have been frozen ones. Now waiting on a review to go on the waiting list for another FET to use the remaining embies.

Try to keep yourself busy to pass the time, the waiting is so hard. Have you tried a relaxation cd if you are feeling stressed. I use the zita west cd and it is great. It helps you to focus on your embies growing bigger and stronger inside. Keeping everything crossed for you huni.

CONGRATS on your BFP jroxy. I love hearing news about successful IVF. I will try to stay positive its so hard when you have nothing to do but think.

MrsCruz, Mind I ask,did you do conventional IVF?I hope you get a success next time around!

Hi huni, this whole process is a head wrecker. I have had 2 FETs, both unsuccessful. The first i had a 3 cell and a 4 cell and this last one i had 2 x 2 cells but more cells didnt make a difference for me. Your doctor has given you good odds for that little embie to grow. I read plenty of stories of ladies who had 2 cell embies transferred and they achieved their much longed for BFP. I attend a local support group and they got an embryologist from my clinic in to talk to us. She said they expect day 2 embies to be 2-4 cell so yours sound just right. It may be that they were early day 2 embies.
Keep your chin up, focus all your positive energy on that little embie and will it to grow and stick. Keeping everything crossed for you, hoping it all works out. As Jroxy says dont stress and definitley do not test early.

wow sorry to hear that. It sounds like you still have a really good chance though. I just went through an IVF treatment. and am now 6 weeks pregnant. My egg was growing good and it was a 5 day transfer. I know the wait ***** but you will get through it. take it easy and be intune with your body. I noticed cramping I think the moment it implanted. But of course I cant be sure. I cramped everyday since. other than that you will not have many symptoms to look for. Sorry I cant be much help to you but your dr is giving this a 90% chance and with my single good egg I was only given an 80% chance. dont stress and DONT TEST EARLY! Good luck and let us know what your tests say.
