Hopeless

I am a new member to this forum, but have been reading this for long time and it has been very helpfull.  I am 32 yrs old and has been TTC for a little over 3 yrs now.  My gyno diagnosed ovarian cyst and it was removed via laparascopy, he than prescriped chlomid and I fell pregnant, unfortunatly it was an ectopic and at 9 weeks I had an empergency op and as a result I lost my left tube in September 2008.  In May 2009 I had an myomactomy and after an HSG my gyno said that my right tube is blocked and the only way I will be able to conceive is by IVF.
Since IVF is a very expensive procedure which does not have a 100% guarantee that it will work, I would like to know if Herpal tampons and such that are advertised indeed works or if they are just money making scheme.  If there is someone who has tried it please let me know....I am desperate.....

I have not heard about any tampons unblocking a tube but have you asked your ob about another lap to unblock your tube?  All you need is one tube to get pregnant.
