I need help
I've got a depo shot in February of 2012. I bled a whole year straight nun stop. February 2013 I was put on some type of pills to regulate my cycle. From then to now I'm on my cycle for 16days and off for 14days. Do anyone what should be the first step I should to on becoming pregnant. .I've been trying but I got nothing
My experience there is nothing you can really do to regulate your cycle coming off of depo i tried taking pills too , it helped for a little while but nothing helps as much as doing it the natural way just let your cycle run its course it will get better patience is the key. Its frustrating but adding stress and more hormones wont help at all . Good luck i hope this helps.
